Terms and Conditions

• Terms and conditions must be accepted by the customer prior to checkout.
• As made to measure curtains are made to the customer's specification.   Orders can only be cancelled, via e-mail, within 24 hours from time of order.  It is the customer's responsibility to check we have received such notification.  Any such cancellation by e-mail will be confirmed by Kiddywinks Curtains.  No cancellation is accepted until Kiddywinks Curtains has confirmed the cancellation via e-mail.   After 24 hours has elapsed monies will not be refunded for orders placed.
• Please check measurements carefully as refunds will not be issued for wrong measurements given to Kiddywinks Curtains at time of order.  Made to measure curtains cannot usually be altered after construction.  If it is possible to alter made to measure curtains, there will be an additional charge for any alterations and postage.
• All measurements are in centimeters only.
• Please check orders within 3 days of receipt as refunds will not be issued for any reason after this time.  Faults must be notified to Kiddywinks Curtains via email during this time. 
• Orders must be paid for in full prior to work commencing.  We accept paypal payments through a secure server and for our overseas customers this is the only method of payment.  UK customers may also pay in sterling cheques made payable to Kiddywinks Curtains.
• Fabric orders must be thoroughly checked for flaws and pattern repeat errors prior to cutting.  Replacements can only be issued on such fabric if the fabric has not been cut.  Once cut no refund will be given whatever the reason.
• Minimum fabric orders are for 1 meter and then increments of 10cm thereafter for most fabrics.  However appliqué fabrics can only be ordered in an entire pattern repeat.  The manufacturer will not cut out of repeat.  So allow for this when ordering as errors cannot always be rectified.
• Photographs of fabrics are a general indication of the fabric but colours may vary slightly.  We strongly recommend ordering a free sample prior to placing an order.  Orders placed without a prior sample being seen will not be accepted for a refund.
• Fabric purchased at different times from one another cannot be guaranteed to be in the same batch.  Therefore colour dyes may vary.  Refunds will not be issued for this reason.
• Curtains are always made up as a pair.  If you require single curtains, please advise us via email.
• All prices are subject to change at any time and only accurate at time of purchase.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery on all made to measure curtains.  If this delivery time cannot be met due to fabric supplier being out of stock you will be advised.  At such time you can have a refund, select a different fabric or wait until fabric is back in stock.
• Curtains vary in weight and it is the customer's responsibility to check that the pole or track that the curtains are to be hung from is installed correctly.  It is the customer's responsibility to check the weight the track or pole will sustain.  Responsibility will not be accepted for any damage caused to either the curtains or tracks/poles in any such incident.
• It is recommended that curtains are dry cleaned.  However responsibility will not be accepted for shrinkage, colour fastness or any other damage sustained during this process.
